First real post

Trazanna here…

So it’s been about three weeks since I started Keto…again. This time I’m actually working hard to stay on track and do what I need to do. I’ve lost seven pounds so far but today I had a bit of a set back.

Once every two months or so, I take my daughter out for a mommy-daughter day. Today was that day. I knew what my plan was to stay on track because I knew she wanted to eat at Dairy Queen so she could have ice cream for dessert. I’d have a salad or something.

When we got to the big city, we started our time at the mall so that she could get some earrings since she had forgotten to equip some before we left home and I didn’t want her ears to close over. We decided to eat at the mall since there were more options for both of us, so I told her she could still get a treat at dq later. I had a chicken Caesar salad at subway and she had a poutine and an orange Julius.

After the mall we headed to Walmart to get her boyfriend a valentines gift and card, then we headed to our nail appointment.

When that was over we had just enough time to get her treat at dq, and get gas before heading home. I wanted her to try my favorite kind of blizzard because I thought she would love it so I ordered her a small Georgia mud fudge blizzard. It smelled like heaven as I passed it to her.

… she didn’t like it. She tried to like it but she just would have rathered a plain old Oreo blizzard.

I snuck inside the petro when we were getting gas and bought her an Oreo ice cream sandwich.

She was very thrilled about this but she didn’t want to waste her blizzard. I had no choice! Don’t you see! I couldn’t let those bits of fudge, cookie dough, and walnuts go to waste… I volunteered to eat it…. I sacrificed myself for the good of the blizzard.

But that’s not all…..

She got full after half of her six dollar ice cream sandwich….

Well I’m not going to waste that money! I ate that too.

So all in all it was a Keto fail day.
